Your first CondiBox purchase ships within 72 hours.
Subsequent monthly CondiBoxes ship on or around the 14th of the month.
Normal shipping times are around 3 - 7 business days.
You will be charged for your first purchase immediately after making it. Automatic renewals (recurring billing) occur on the 1st of each subsequent month
Example #1: On July 3rd, you purchase a month-to-month subscription set to automatically renew. Your first box will ship within 72 hours; on August 1st, the payment method saved in your account will be charged to automatically renew your monthly subscription so you can receive a box that will ship August 14th.
CondiClub is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of each cycle, same as most other services of it's type. We do this to ensure all CondiLovers don’t miss a single CondiBox.
If you want to change or cancel your subscription, please log into your subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have signed up for a multi month subscription you will still be charged for the remaining boxes if you cancel before the end of your commitment term.
